Satish Mehta, a distinguished business consultant, author, and speaker, boasts an impressive 48-year career. His journey has seen him collaborate with numerous world-class companies, C-level leaders, and boards. Satish, a former corporate executive, has transitioned into an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and coach. 

As a coach and consultant to senior executives, Satish Mehta plays a pivotal role in helping businesses realize their goals. His expertise as an interim executive enables him to create and guide high-performance teams, facilitating market entry, product/service launches, channel setup, and the development of marketing, business strategy, and technology platforms.

He has helped companies including Western Electric (the manufacturing arm of the original AT&T), Lucent (now Ericsson), General Instruments (acquired by Motorola and later part of Tyco International), AT&T Communication Services, Ericsson, and Cisco Systems. He has trained numerous high-ranking business executives in negotiation skills and leadership traits and has negotiated deals worldwide for his clients.

His first book, “World is a bazaar, Life is a Negotiation,” was published in 2017. When applied, negotiation skills are relevant not just to professional life but can improve all facets of life.

His second book, A Pig in the Python – Millennials: Grab the baton and lead the change,” urges Millennials and Zgen to actively shape the country’s economic and political future.

His most recent book, “Start: The Starters’ Playbook,” outlines what to look for and avoid when starting a business endeavor.

Satish, the son of an auto dealer, grew up in New Delhi, India. He earned an engineering degree from B.I.T.S., Pilani, India, one of India’s most prestigious engineering institutions. He then came to the U.S. to earn an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL.
