Making a better version of the current enterprise
It is not enough to discover your business’s vision and mission. One must also implement – strategies, tactics, and operations.
That’s the challenge of discovering and designing vision in the Ivory Tower. Eventually, one must step out of the Ivory Tower or climb down the Mountain Top and get on with managing and doing—the quotidian business of running an enterprise.
And these two only sometimes play well together. The Bhagavad Gita, one of the world’s greatest holy texts, is mainly about that.
The point? It’s nothing new when trying to manage your business better and reach a higher threshold for your enterprise. Knowing that many great companies in business history went through the same rings of fire as your enterprise is encouraging.
